This excellent company is also looking for more experienced consultants to fill a variety of senior consulting roles.

Role: Successful candidates will need to bring drive and determination to the table, whilst our client will provide all the tools and a well stocked database. You will have recruitment experience in one the following PUBLIC SECTOR disciplines; Social Work / Care, Finance (Commercial/ Public Sector), IT (Commercial/ Public Sector), Technical, Nursery Nursing, Secretarial & Admin, Catering, Driving & Industrial, Education or Town Planning/Regeneration.

£70 million turnover independent with excellent commission scheme and training and development program. Salary and Benefits: Negotiable dependent on experience, excellent commission and bonus structure. Key numerical targets to hit senior consultant and team leader. No moving goal posts!

As a guideline starting salaries for Consultants (1 year) will be from £22K whilst for Senior Consultants starting salaries will be in the region of £28K-£30K typically billing £150K perm, £180K contract. The company also offers an impressive benefits package.
